What is wrong in this relationship?
Someone might say that the worker should have been work hard or try to remember his boss’s instruction.
Otherwise, the other person might say the superior should be patient for her junior staff.
If you carefully listen to the conversation, you might notice the boss is lying about the deadline. And she is also blaming her subordinate not doing her order that she never talk to before. But it seems all employee’s fault.
He keeps saying sorry for his fault which is not true.
When this happens, again and again, the worker will lose his self-confidence even though he did a good job in the company. His undeserved reputation getting worse when the other co-worker agrees with the boss’s opinion.
